Private Pit Row Corporate Suites

The 2008 Rexall Edmonton Indy offers many ways for companies and individuals to enjoy the race in the utmost of luxury. The Pit Row Suites have a prime location right above Pit Lane allowing the most enviable view on the track. Private Suites include a complete package of furniture, televisions and carpet. Your every need is taken care of when you purchase a suite. Catering is all-inclusive and extensive drink services are available for purchase through our selected caterer. Suites are designated to accommodate denominations of 25-people and may be purchased in any configuration of that quantity. The following details what is included in the suite:

Servus Credit Union Pit Lane Club

The Servus Credit Union Pit Lane Club is an exclusive area to entertain your guests and an even better place to watch the race. It is all-inclusive, including food and beverage for all 3-days. This expansive structure houses upwards of 60 tables of 10, allowing for networking with other businesses and race fans. The following details what is included in the Servus Credit Union Pit Lane Club:

Shippers Supply High Octane Club

The Shippers Supply High Octane Club is a cross between the privacy of a suite and the freedom of a club. It is all-inclusive with food and beverage provided. Locate within the Pit Row Suits area on the stat/finish line, it has a tiered seating area right above the action of the pits. The Shippers Supply High Octane Club has under 30 tables of 10, providing the intimacy of a suite but with the added excitement of a great club atmosphere. The following details what is included in the Shippers Supply High Octane Club:

Tailgate Zone

Engine revving front-line excitement meets laid back, casual hospitality. New to the Rexall Edmonton Indy, the Tailgate Zone offers you or your company an track-level tented hospitality option for casual corporate hosting and business networking. While the track is hot, your clients, staff, suppliers, business partners and guests will get their adrenaline rush in our premium front-line grandstand seats. Then, they can relax in the tented Tailgate Zone which offers catered food and available beverage service. The informal atmosphere of the Tailgate Zone offers the ideal setting for socializing and entertaining your valuable business relationships.

This syndicated hospitality area, located at Turn One, provides a laid-back race experience complete with a continental breakfast and western BBQ lunch each day. Complimentary Pit Walk-Through Pass and Paddock Pass are also included. Entry into the Tailgate Zone can be purchased by 3-day package individual seats, complete tables of ten, or by private tent. Bar and beverage service is additional and available through our on-site drink token system. We will be offering three levels of passes to this area differentiated by the grandstand seating you choose: bronze / silver / gold.
